I've traveled all over the world and this is the best chicken teriyaki you can get. I always get mine double meat. Well done. No vegetables, white rice, but I highly recommend getting extra sauce. Their sushi is actually very good too. It tastes very fresh. They always make it right in front of you, the chicken, egg rolls or some of my favorite. They always have the great duck sauce and they have the carbonated fruit punch drinks that everybody loves so much from Mexico. Enjoy! This is a good one
The only constructive criticism I can say is this...please make sure your employees working the cash register and take orders KNOW HOW TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. THIS is one of my favorite places to pickup food from and I had the one gentleman who works the grill try to take my order but the language barrier is almost impossible.... he really does try but my order was not correct at all I am very patient , however the people in line behind me were not at all.
I decided to grab some takeout from here the night before Easter because they were one of the only places that were still open and I’m thankful I did because they did not disappoint. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and shrimp with white rice and a side of tempura shrimp. Since they were getting close to closing time and needed to get rid of some fresh food items, they decided to pile extra quantities of the items I ordered my boxes and I ended up leaving with 2-3 days worth of dinner! This was totally unexpected, but deeply appreciated! Not to mention, everything was still super fresh and flavorful, even right before closing time. I definitely will be back again soon.

I had ordered at least 5 times now. Every time, food still taste good, fresh, good portion and most of all the order was correct as indicated online order. Very satisfied! Reorder recently and was contradicted my previous reviews , ordered fried rice but got white rice instead. But I am not changing the stars or rating because I understand they were busy at the time. Just FYI-only. Just letting everyone know, sometime people/ business make mistakes, it happens. But please be understanding and give them a chance to fix the problem.
I like this place. There many are simple and easily understood. The prices are average which is good for most of people. Their food is delicious and I highly recommend it. My only comment is that they can sometimes over char the chicken when it's too busy. I will still give them a five star.
I noticed that Sarku was now outside of Great Northern mall and stopped here a couple weeks ago. I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I got the Teriyaki chicken combo with fried rice, no veges, dumplings, and a soda. The chicken was tender and delicious, no fatty pieces at all, the sauce was thicker and better tasting then it was last time I had it in the mall - absolutely delicious! - and the dumplings were good. I ate the entire meal even though it was a lot of food. I stopped there again yesterday and had the same meal except I had the spring rolls instead of dumplings, and I saved a lot of it for leftovers. The spring rolls were a bit overcooked on the outside but delicious inside. The teriyaki chicken and fried rice tasted great again, and was still delicious the next day after warming up the leftovers in my microwave.
The food was fantastic I was craving this ever since Sarku in the Great lakes mall closed down. The sushi is made fresh as you order and the teriyaki chicken sushi roll is my favorite!! Definitely will be back
